Margaux Keller firmly believes that design should go beyond form and function. Crucially, a third element should be taken into account: emotions. Her body of work is often described as poetic and sensitive, which is in line with the idea of emotion: be it a smile or stirring up long lost memories, operating like Proust’s madeleine.
In 2010 Margaux Keller graduated with a special jury mention in Product design and Interior architecture. She works first side by side with Eugeni Quitllet at Philippe Starck’s design studio, then she joins La Fabrica, the design and communication research centre of Benetton. In 2012 she settled down in Marseille, her home and heart town, where she founded her own global design studio. Currently, she explores various fields of creation, from product design to interior design.
